Everett Transitional Care Services is a joint venture between Bethany of the Northwest and Providence Everett Medical Center. It teams two long-standing organizations with similar missions—providing healing, compassion and service to those in need. We are a not-for-profit corporation in the Northwest Washington area focusing on restoring maximum independence to all persons.
The Right Care
Your condition might not require a hospital stay, or maybe you’ve just been discharged from the hospital and are too sick to go home. Transitional care is the “in-between” place. It’s where you come for the rehabilitation and therapeutic services you need to progress your healing.
At The Right Time
Transitional care assists in preparing you to return home or to another appropriate setting. Registered Nurses, rehabilitation therapists and others help reduce your stress and smooth your transition from one level of care to another.
In The Right Place
Transitional care provides light and open surroundings to stimulate your senses, leading you to improved health more quickly. Meet visitors and socialize with other patients in our Garden Room, featuring an indoor fountain and pond. Dine with others or enjoy a pastime in the activity dayroom. You’ll also find comfortable private rooms for personal space at the times you need it most.
